Postal Tricklet

This time of year the post office is kept busy with that deluge of Christmas cards. I would think that if I put these two postcards in the mail, they would be part of the tricklet of everyday life still going through the mailbox? Along with bills and flyers, of course.

They are each 4.25″ x 6″ and painted in acrylics on cereal box cardboard (the shiny side). Or it might have been popsicle boxes…crackers…you get the idea!

Mail Art!

Thank you. Yes, that one turned out great, and I think it was because I just kept adding a little at a time. I think it took me about a week, one detail at a time, when I was between other things. Funny how that works!
